The Yarwell Mill Country Park Residents Association now a QRA, is open for all residents to join.
An annual subscription of £12.00 per lodge for the Association and £5.00 per lodge to join IPHAS (Independent Park Home Advisory Service).*
There is a committee of 8 members, elected to represent the membership and now we are a Qualified Residents Association the Yarwell Mill directors and management must work with us on any future changes and to resolve issues raised by member residents that have been agreed by the committee.

We have a social team that organise activities and trips out. Details of such activities will sent to members by email and on this website. You are therefore encouraged to visit often.

HOW TO USE THE YMCPRA
The YMCPRA can not help you with issues such as water, gas, sewage or other similar issues within your home and these should be reported to the office. However if the issue is more widespread and affecting other residents then do please notify the committee with the issue dated & signed. An email is dated and in this case acts as being signed.
It will be raised and discussed at the next committee meeting.
